Committed to ongoing professional development, he is currently undertaking his Domestic Builder licence examinations

Paul has extensive management experience delivering design-and-construct projects, including the successful completion and handover of more than 2,000 apartments and hotel rooms across a range of residential and commercial developments

Beyond his professional career, Paul and his wife Nicole have personally purchased, developed, renovated, and sold more than 25 properties. This hands-on experience has provided a deep understanding of property presentation, value-adding improvements and preparing homes for sale across varying market conditions while avoiding unnecessary overcapitalisation
